Background Information:
The proposed partial release of Electric Easements is part of a replat of the Replat of Wide-Lite Unit 1 Subdivision located at 500 Wonder World Drive. The original Electric Easements were conveyed to the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) in 1975 and then assigned to the City in 1986, and requires City Council approval to release them as part of this redevelopment. There are no electrical facilities within the easements to be vacated; they are located further to the east in an existing electrical easement on the property. As part of this redevelopment, the developer will also dedicate new easements and ROW in their replat.
