Background Information:
This action will establish a new On-Call General Engineering Services contract with STV Incorporated to provide professional design and engineering support for various projects approved in the FY2026 CIP. The on-call contracts will allow the City to efficiently issue task orders for engineering design, plan review, and technical support services as project needs arise.
STV Incorporated, previously named CP&Y, Inc., was selected from the City’s list of pre-qualified engineering firms based on their demonstrated expertise in design and project management. This list was established through a Request for Qualifications solicitation process, RFQ 221-105 and included CP&Y, Inc., now named STV Incorporated. This qualified list was previously approved by City Council via Resolution 2022-74R. Execution of this agreement, in the amount of $900k, will help with the City’s ability to advance CIP projects in an efficient manner while maintaining quality and consistency in design and documentation standards.
