Background Information:
On May 23, 2024, the City received statement of qualifications in response to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicitation, 224-160 for On-Call Subsurface Utility Exploration Services. These on-call services will be utilized for current and future capital improvements construction projects. A city-staffed Evaluation Committee evaluated proposals and has determined the following engineering firms to be the most highly qualified to perform these services. The following three (3) firms are being recommended for award:
Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed $250,000
Surveying and Mapping, LLC for an amount not-to-exceed $250,000
KCI Technologies, Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed $250,000
