Background Information:

As part of the annual review process, the City Council conducted a performance evaluation of Dallari Landry, assessing accomplishments and leadership over the past year. The Council expressed appreciation for her strong performance and continued contributions to the organization and community.

 

In recognition of both market competitiveness and individual merit, the City Council approved a salary adjustment of $11,695.00 annually. In addition, all Council Appointees received a 3% cost-of-living increase effective October 1, consistent with the adjustment provided to all City employees not covered by Meet & Confer agreements.
