Background Information:
Council Member Gleason served on the following council committees:
• Sedona South (est. July 5, 2022)
The Committee will be working on the Sedona South Development Agreement for Sedona South, an approximately 645 acre site located at the intersection of SH 123 and FM 1978 (Beback Inn Rd) in the ETJ. The developer is proposing predominantly single family residential with some commercial/ industrial.
