Background Information:

This request for annexation is being considered concurrently with 2 separate Zoning Change requests. The applicant is requesting Character District-3 zoning for the majority (66.7 acres) of the site (ZC-22-03), and 1.95 acres are proposed to be Heavy Commercial along SH 123 (ZC-22-04).

 

The following schedule is proposed for this voluntary annexation.
