Background Information:
The applicant is requesting a Development Agreement for proposed single-family residential development, manufactured home community and retail and commercial uses developed in accordance with Single Family-4.5 (SF-4.5), Single Family-6 (SF-6), Manufactured Home (MH) and Commercial (CM) regulations. The development agreement will layout applicable standards and timing for annexation and zoning.
The applicant is proposing to connect to City water and wastewater.
Development Agreement Process Summary

2. Initial Authorization for negotiation by City Council.
3. Negotiations between Applicant, Staff, and Council Committee (if appointed).
