The following is the proposed annexation schedule:
• September 1, 2026 - City Council Resolution (Approval of Service Agreement and set a public hearing date)
• October 7, 2026 - City Council Ordinance 1st Reading (Public Hearing)
• October 20, 2026 - City Council Ordinance 2nd Reading
This annexation request is in accordance with the La Cima Development Agreement and the applicant has concurrently submitted a zoning application for SF-4.5 zoning to construct single-family residential homes.
