Background Information:
On November 19, 2024 City Council considered a request by Jeffrey Colasurd appealing the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission to add a 60 decibel limit noise condition to the Conditional Use Permit for Tantra. At that meeting the applicant requested a refund of the application fee for the appeal (765.00). City Council discussed this request at their December 3, 2024 meeting and directed staff to place this item on the December 17th agenda for consideration.
