The following is the proposed annexation schedule:

                     July 5, 2022 - City Council Resolution

(Approval of Service Agreement and set a public hearing date)

                     August 2, 2022 - City Council Ordinance 1st Reading (Public Hearing)

                     August 16, 2022 - City Council Ordinance 2nd Reading

The applicant is requesting annexation and zoning Character District 5 (CD-5). The annexation will also include the adjacent E. McCarty Ln right-of-way.
