Background Information:
The property in question was placed up for public sale on November 4, 2025 for unpaid property taxes, with an original minimum bid amount set at $19,377.85. Greenwood Brothers Living Trust has put in a bid to purchase the property for $5,000.00.
The property has an estimated value of $33,540.00. The School District has approved the bid price due to the benefits after putting this property back on the tax rolls. If the City were to decline the sale, the property would remain off the tax rolls.
