Background Information:
On September 7, 2021, City Council conditionally approved an Out of City Utility Connection request for water and wastewater service subject to the property being annexed and zoned.
The applicant is requesting annexation and zoning for a convenience store with fuel sales to be developed pursuant to the regulations of the Heavy Commercial (HC) zoning district. The annexation will also include the adjacent Hwy 123 and Clovis Barker Rd.
