Background Information:
The applicant is requesting a Development Agreement for a proposed 210-unit micro home and 40-unit duplex and single-family attached and detached home community developed in accordance with the Manufactured Home District and Character District 4 (CD-4) regulations. The portion of the property in which a final plat is submitted would be annexed into the City upon its recordation. Extension of City sewer services will be necessary and funded by the developer.
