Background Information:
This service is for flagging operations along the railroad for the San Marcos River Shared Use Pathway project, also referred to as the Crosstown Pathway Project. This project has been in the works for over ten years and is a grant funded TxDOT multiuse trail project. The majority of the project was completed in December 2020, apart from the 250 feet connecting Children's Park and Rio Vista Park along the San Marcos River and under the Union Pacific Railroad.
