Background Information:
Staff is seeking action from the Commission to approve the 2021 Meeting Date Calendar. Staff is proposing cancellation of one meeting in the month of July, as this has been the practice of the Commission in the past. Staff is also proposing cancellation of November 23, 2021 since that is the week of Thanksgiving, and December 28, 2021. As a reference, San Marcos CISD and Texas State University Spring Break is March 15-19, 2021. The following are the proposed meeting dates that are provided on the attachment with Application Deadlines and corresponding City Council Dates.
