Background Information:
In October 2018 the city commenced Mill Street reconstruction project in the original contract amount of $2,419,619.05. With additional change orders the revised contract amount was increased to $2,651,188.04. Construction is complete and this change order is to rectify all of the quantities and to close out the project.
