Background Information:
On September 1, 2015 the City awarded Recreation Engineering and Planning, Inc. contract #215-315 for professional engineering services for the Parks and Recreation Department for the Cross-Town Pathways Trails project (now identified as San Marcos River Shared Use Path). The contract was for the total amount of $197,525.
This Change of Service is to amend the contract to include additional professional services as required by UPRR, TXDOT and other regulatory agencies to include additional design, project coordination, construction inspection and administration in the amount of $81,700.
