Background Information:
This change order is to rectify all of the quantities now the work is finished. It also adds some repair work that was necessary on a reclaimed waterline that could not be accomplished by Public Services. Public Services requested assistance and the contractor for the Blanco River waterline project was able to mobilize immediately and make the repair. The repair was needed at short notice due to need to water a number of areas served by the reclaimed water system and avoid using potable water.
