Background Information:

The Kissing Tree Subdivision dedicated a preliminary offsite easement to accommodate drainage during an initial phase of development.  The developer is now in final design of Centerpoint Road and drainage construction in the area of the initial easement and the easement is no longer necessary.  The vacating of this easement will be replaced with a Final Plat dedicating the right-of-way and drainage easement for the final alignment of Centerpoint Road.
