Prior Council Action: This ILA continues a longstanding partnership for San Marcos to provide sheltering services for the Animal Control operations in Hays County, City of Kyle, and City of Buda. In recent Council action, the FY19 ILAs for each entity were approved, and Council received a presentation on an implementation plan to achieve and sustain a 90% or higher Live Outcome Rate at the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter.
