Wastewater Master Plan
Background Information:
During the Site Preparation Permitting and Final Platting processes, it was determined that this sanitary sewer line was a service line to the Tuttle Lumber building that was previously at this location only and that the easement would be abandoned with the redevelopment of the site. The old building cleanout and manholes associated with this old wastewater line have been removed.
Release of the easement is required to remove the encumbrance from the owner’s title to the property.
