Background Information:
Staff is seeking action from the Commission to approve the 2019 Meeting Date Calendar. Staff is proposing cancellation of one meeting in the month of July, as this has been the practice of the Commission in the past. Staff is proposing one meeting in the month of November since the 4th Tuesday, the 26th, is the week of Thanksgiving. There is only one meeting proposed for the month of December since the 4th Tuesday is the 24th, a City Holiday. The following are the proposed meeting dates which are provided on the attachment with Application Deadlines and corresponding City Council Dates.
