Background Information:
Staff provided the City Council a presentation regarding Council Committees, Community Partnerships and Boards and Commissions on January 19, 2018.
The City Council directed the city clerk to standardize rules and regulations via bylaws for city boards and commissions.
On September 4, 2018 the City Clerk presented the proposed template to the City Council. City Council provided additional direction and proposed amendments which have been reflected in this redlined draft attached.
