Background Information:
Sac-N-Pac Stores, Inc., the owners of Lot 3, SAC-N-PAC Centerpoint Subdivision has requested the City Council approve the release of a 20 foot wastewater easement that transverses Lot 3, SAC-N-PAC Centerpoint Subdivision.

* The purpose of this 20 foot wastewater easement was to facilitate the location of a 12 inch wastewater line designed to provide wastewater for this property and other properties beyond this subdivision.
