Background Information:
The City of San Marcos operates a regional Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Drop-off Facility open to all residents of Hays County. The HHW Drop-off Facility is open Tuesdays and Fridays noon-3:30pm.
Because the operation hours aren't convenient for all residents in Hays County, the City of Buda secured a CAPCOG grant for $10,500 to hold a satellite event in Buda on November 17, 2018. The grant will cover the cost of disposal fees. The event will be utilizing our contract with Green Planet for disposal.
