Background Information:
This change in services is for design services from CH2M Hill / Jacobs for the next round of improvements at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. CH2M will initially provide services for this project to the 30% design level to obtain accurate cost estimates for the different elements of the project as well as pre-design services.
