Background Information:
The work to be performed will consist of an evaluation of the drainage characteristics of the Hills of Hays neighborhood and recommendation of drainage improvements to alleviate local, non-FEMA floodplain related, flooding of streets and homes.
The goal of the project is to bring the stormwater system up to current City standards with location specific solutions. The construction of a complete piped system with full curb, gutter, and inlets is not anticipated but will be an option evaluated.
