Background Information:
The City has received a request from The P2P Movement requesting a resolution or letter of support for their application to the Texas Commission on the Arts for the designation of a Dunbar Arts, Cultural, and Innovation District. This presentation will provide an overview of the program, explain pros and cons of the program, and discuss how the proposed district relates to existing plans.
