Background Information:
On April 3, 2018 the City Council approved a notice of intent to issue debt for the FY18 CIP program. There were several questions that came out of the discussion concerning possible alternative funding sources for some of the items and the amount of debt proposed to be issued. We will address these questions and provide recommendations during this worksession.
