Background Information:
The City entered into a contract with Deloitte and Touche, LLP (Deloitte) for consulting services to provide technical assistance with identifying, preparing, reconciling and the submission of documents related to FEMA's Public Assistance grant program for the flooding incidents of May 2013 as well as May and November 2015.
